An electronic board has broken on a popular piece of equipment in your gym.
Members are yelling because they can’t use the equipment, and your boss is stressing because he just found out how much the replacement part is going to cost.
Replacement parts from manufacturers are ridiculously priced.
Fortunately, you know a better way.
You go to gympart.com and click the “Send in a Repair” link.
From there, you can either enter the part number directly, or search for the part by browsing through our website.
Add the part you need repaired to your shopping cart, and tell us what’s going wrong.
You may need to login to your account.
From here, you can either add more repairs, or simply scroll down to check out.
For shipping, you can either purchase your labels directly from National Gym Supply and have them emailed to you, or select to ship the parts at your own expense.
Select how you want us to ship the repaired part back to you, and select your payment method.
If you have a terms account set up with us, you can use that, or simply pay using your credit card.
Be sure to add a PO number to your order.
The shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply print it out, put the broken part in a box along with your Repair Authorization and send it to us.
